Randy imports hot sauce from Colombia, peppers grown, fermented, aged and bottled by Amazon Chilies, in the Amazon Valley, by Giorgio and Carolina Arajuo, and the amazing Ramon. These photos are of a recent trip to the growing fields, where these rare crossbred chilies flourish, tended by members of a team dedicated to producing a superbly pure product, while also protecting Colombia’s environment, and the integrity of her people.
